Position: Technical Project Manager

Pay: Up to $66.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to co-develop a project roadmap and drive them from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Support audit requests.
- Examining and reviewing work outputs for verification.
- Document Security & IT procedures according to the policy and standards.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined project requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Turns data insights into projects with actionable outcomes.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Lead the process based on an intimate knowledge of stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with project goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyze the project plans and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
- Review proposed modifications o project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Work with overseas members especially in Japan by attending early morning or late evening meetings, resolve conflicts coming from cultural and/or business practice differences, and establich collaboration with all members towards the same goal.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities, however, at times this role is expected to lead, train, and mentor project team members.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Management Information Systems
- 5-8 years of experience in project management and project management skills
- 2-4 years of experience using Scrum methodology
- Success in multiple projects in Product Management and/or Product Development
- Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred such as Prject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Project Owner (CSPO)
- This position requires up to 5% of travel (both domestic and overseas)
