Job Summary:
As an Individual Contributor, this position is responsible for coordinating and managing projects while delivering customer support. The Project Manager role requires strong interpersonal skills to ensure our customers' success and satisfaction. This role also organizes and plans complex projects for the organization's research, development, and product implementation efforts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develops detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitors project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinates and communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepares and presents project status reports, outlining key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Customer Support:
- Acts as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on product usage.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborates with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related technical problems.
- Gathers customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to contribute to product improvement and development.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Demonstrates a proactive and results-driven approach to project management and customer service.
- Mentors and guides junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth and leading by example.
- Collaborates across departments to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance customer experience.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
- At least two (2) years of project management, preferably within an AI-focused environment.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
