- 25% Actively plans and manages large scale Waterfall or Agile projects holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery.
- Coordinate technical changes with cross functional teams.
- Negotiate and obtain approval for schedules pertaining to Technical System Upgrades.
- Communicate technical change activities and scheduled outages with stakeholders.
- Manage the change requests and track its completion with team members. Ensure statuses are updated in tracking system (ServiceNow).
- Lead the documentation efforts to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that describe change processes.
- Host meetings with stakeholders to intake, track status, and understand new project and technical requests.
- Leads, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes projects for the FEP Bridge Infrastructure Team.
- Prepares key documents, present business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring technical deliverables for projects to completion.

- 5 years experience managing technical projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation.
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal, Advanced.
