Technical Project Manager
Key Role:
Work with software development teams building enterprise systems automating Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) missions. Provide critical support across a broad array of responsibilities, to include all phases of the program life cycle including requirements, development, testing, operations and maintenance, helpdesk, training. Manage deliverables, schedule, staffing, budget, and risk. Communicate directly with internal and multiple external project stakeholders regarding project objectives, requirements, and integration. Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting the client's mission.
Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with program or project management
• 5+ years of experience in working with software development teams
• 5+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Experience with GOTS and COTS integration
• Ability to drive internal and client meetings
• Ability to analyze a project budget, identify risks, and manage projects to cost and schedule
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with managing DoD programs
• Experience with sub-contract management
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher, including Security+, Network+, CEH, or CISSP
• PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
