- Experience working with stakeholders across multi-dimensional programs.
Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in network automation software development.
- Experience with significant Optical Network planing and design or field operations in network data centers or colocation facilities.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of Optical Networking, including Fiber optics and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage the Network repair team's goal planning and project tracking as well as drive and lead optical NPI projects.
- Coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to represent and advocate operational needs, as well as successfully implement plans.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and improvements for human and network operational automation project.
