Role Overview

Our Product Managers bring deep knowledge of our customers, drive decisions powered by data, and track industry trends and competitive landscape. They bridge the technical and business worlds, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams in finding delightful products delivering business goals.
This role is with the Salesforce team where you will be the Leads CRM process and capability delivery and engage key Sales, Marketing/Digital, and Customer Support stakeholders Establishes prioritization framework to ensure development focuses on most needed features for use domestically and globally Develops a Salesforce governance framework to ensure solutions are effective and secure Instills and evolves use of Agile methodology for consistent product delivery including overseeing user story development and sprint planning Maximizes digital cost efficiencies by continually assessing applicability of new development tools, processes, and SaaS solutions and integrating industry best-practices Partners with FSBP IT and Procurement to provide business input/support to future state digital & data enterprise architecture
Responsibilities
  • Manage the discovery and implementation of Salesforce within the customer environment
  • The delivery of products will require significant critical thinking, collaboration with partner(s) and drive for innovation to succeed.
  • Drive the lifecycle of a product from ideation, using user research, to launch and land your success metrics, and continue iterating on the product to improve your user's journey obsess over areas of the user experience and pain points
  • Write compelling Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Drive the roadmap for your product, while delivering high quality and impactful landings in less defined and larger product areas
  • Partner closely with Engineering, User Experience (UX), and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to your us

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-8 years of product management
  • 4 years of work experience in the technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technology field
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Strong product leadership experience working with design, engineering, QA, and operations teams
  • Salesforce experience in systems use and capabilities.
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce to deliver improved customer journeys (internal/external)
  • Digital marketing delivery experience which can be across one or more marketing domains (website development, content management, single view of the customer, MarTech orchestration, email marketing, social media, data management platforms, AdTech, media marketing tools, analytics)
  • Experience implementing the strategy of Digital Marketing Teams / Technologies
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience driving product vision.
  • A customer focused mindset, passionate about using the latest technologies and data analytics to drive exceptional customer experience for brands.
  • Proven ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Personally champion inclusion within teams through actions to fully engage teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments and deliver with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence, persuade and be comfortable having difficult conversations.
  • Evidence of strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to operate in a white space environment generating insights to create and tell a story.

Expected Salary Range: $130,000.00-$160,000.00 a year.
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Frisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
