Our work environment includes:
- Work-from-home with occasional in-person meetings
- Growth opportunities - grow with us and become our Executive Director
Duties:
- Meet in person 1-2 hours a week, mostly remote, flexible hours
- Manage contact database and mailing lists
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist with coordinating volunteer teams, special projects, event planning
```Experience```
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Windows Explorer
-Must have computer, printer, work location, internet connection
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as calendar management, record keeping, and data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable skills: WordPress, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Search Engine Optimization, photography, video editing a plus
Desirable experience and/or interests: nonprofits, community service, trails and parks, cycling or walking
