Who we look for
MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated intern to work in a dual business and technical role, analyzing and discussing ongoing projects with customers in a wide range of applications. They must be able to understand the customer’s requirements and offer solutions that will help drive their projects forward.
Tasks:
Discuss ongoing projects with customers and synthesize their main requirements.
Design system-level power tree diagrams based on customer requirements.
Design & simulate power electronics circuits to meet the required specifications.
Analyze industry requirements to generate inputs for new product development.
Assist in the preparation of technical promotional materials.
Qualifications:
MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Subjects related to power electronics and control are preferred.
Experience in the use of electronic laboratory equipment including oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Great oral and written skills for communication and documentation
Self-motivated, strong team player able to work in an international environment.
