The Maintenance & Reliability team is responsible to keep our plant running at higher availability. This position is key on the successful achievement of our goals and is responsible for procurement activities for non-production materials and services via CMMS system and SAP, and for managing daily activities of the warehouse to ensure that critical spare components are available when needed. This person manages MROs, identify, negotiate, purchase, receive, store and issue materials and parts.

Your key responsibilities
- Identify part or component technical requirements.
- Issue purchase orders for equipment, parts, instrumentation and /or the services of contractors (material handling and aerial lifts).
- Monitor and manage the inventory of Maintenance Replacement Operating (MRO)
- Maintain Warehouse in neat and orderly 5S manner.
- Ensure accurate accounting of received components and documentation.
- Attend Maintenance planning meetings and assist Maintenance planner with parts allocation.

You bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min 5 years' experience in chemical, food, pharmaceutical manufacturing or service environment..
- Knowledge of rotating components associated with pumps, gearboxes, motors, etc.
- Familiar with SAP PM or CMMS or similar asset tracking systems.
- Experience in dealing with vendors, supplier and contractors.
- Excellent organization skills and proven ability to work in a team environment.
