Abacus Technology is seeking a Technical Lead/Full Stack Developer to provide software development support and leadership for the Space Systems Command at Peterson SFB. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
10+ years experience in software development including at least 4 years in full stack development with complex cyber security in classified environments. 6 years experience in Government software development and deployment, as a technical lead for Government software development, or as a subject matter expert in cyber security software desired. Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree in a related field desired. Must be CISSP certified (or hold equivalent certification in compliance with DoD 8140 requirements). Experience leading complex cyber security software development and deployment activities in classified environments. Experience with Agile development methodology. Must have an in-depth understanding of each stage of the software development and project life cycle. Able to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements. Able to work as part of a team providing guidance and working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders and customers. Adaptable, self-critical, good communications skills (oral and written), curious, with a strong desire to learn. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
The projected compensation range for this position is $150,500-$220,000. There are multiple factors that can impact a final salary, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (if remote or different from the stated location for this position), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. - Act as the lead for all Agile software development and as subject matter expert for defensive cyber operations implementation with a focus on security procedures and DevSecOps.
- Provide expert advice regarding the product increment planning activities.
- Lead architecture implementation from government direction.
- Provide expert advice regarding cloud strategy and planning.
