Burris Company, located in east Greeley, is looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative in the Firearms Accessories industry (riflescopes and binoculars) to assist customers when they need assistance with their scope. Call center experience preferred. Knowledge of the shooting/Hunting Industry helpful but not required.
Schedule set so you're off work at Noon on Fridays!

Respond to customer questions, complaints, and repair concerns by communicating effectively, demonstrating expertise and interacting with customers and employees to provide solutions and exceptional technical support.
· Respond to customer inquiries concerning a variety of questions, on a variety of products, including troubleshooting the issue to determine the best action; general technical support, repair, replacement or upgrade of product.
· Repair, replacement, order entry or upgrade of products as needed.
· Manage and interpret customer requirements by effectively communicating to understand, anticipate and provide a resolution.
· Adapt communication styles and interact well with a large and diverse group of employees and customers in order to complete tasks.
· Utilize internet search engines to research and resolve customer questions and gather information on products.
· Develop and ensure positive customer relations and professional service support.
· Maintain record of customer communication and sales activity in system.
· Work with repair team to track status of repair and provide updates to customer, as requested.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge; develop in depth understanding of the products and research varying options and solutions to deliver the best support to the customer.
· Other duties as assigned.

o Parts requests
o Credit Card Invoices
· This position is not for social media interaction, as that is handled by other resources.
Education & experience requirements:
· High School diploma or GED
· Experience in effective customer service interactions required
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and professional through stressful or ambiguous situations; objectively interpret information.
· Advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook/Excel
· Advanced typing skills
· Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
Must pass back background check and drug screen.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
