As a Technical Business Lead (Atellica / VIP Lead Focus), you will be responsible for: Analysisof provided sites to determine status including technical issues, trainingopportunities and additional needs Ownershipand development of technical action plans to address customer concerns Deliveryof other issues (non-technical) to site owner Dailyreview of site notifications to ensure success of action plans Trackingand management of escalated incidents Coordinationwith local service and application teams Cross-functionalcommunication and coordination Escalationof complex issues to proper Siemens teams Identificationof best demonstrated practices/knowledge sharing Supporting RSC Service Levelsby being the Atellica Solutions expert Sharing Atellica knowledgewith the RSC and field teams Driving productivityinitiatives and providing in depth key analyses Developingtrainings and/or coaching and mentoring of RSC staff Cross-functionalcommunications and coordination Escalationof complex issues to proper Siemens Healthineers teams as needed Identificationof best demonstrated practices/knowledge sharing Additionalresponsibilities as determined by RSC/product need Requiredskills to have for the success of this role Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience required Minimumof 5 year of relevant technical experience, including experience in the MedicalDevice industry Willingto travel up to 20% GRIPleveling will be dependent on amount of experience and qualifications MedicalTechnologist/Medical Device Engineer and/or several years of relevant Atellica experience Proficient withAtellica, including troubleshooting and technical competence Exceptionalcommunication skills to support collaboration with our internal partners Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and other applications Expertisein using and performing analysis in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot, graphing,Xlookup) Presenta positive, customer focused attitude Effectivein running meetings and delivering presentations Decisiveand confident decision-making skills Abilityto grow strong working relationships Abilityto be flexible and adapt to change Excellentdocumentation skills Experiencein performing Atellica Machine Data analysis preferred Abilityto utilize tools such as SAP, PEAK and/or CDI preferred Experiencein delivering hardware, assay and/or software plans of action preferred Understandingof lab workflows and practices preferred The pay range for this position is $95,000 to $135,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending onjob-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
