Form of work- Collaboration: Collaborate with a core team as well as business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between business users and UX and Developer, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals and progress.
- Documentation and training: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to communicate requirements effectively to development teams. Conduct thorough business impact assessments. Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support end-users in the adoption of new systems and processes.
- Industry knowledge: Some knowledge of healthcare industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (ie HIPAA and recent HHS regulations)
- Process: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Identify and recommend process improvements, workflow optimizations, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Support: Assist and partner with project manager in project planning, scoping, and monitoring, ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation. Familiarity with data modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Validation: Verify that the proposed solutions align with business requirements and objectives by conducting validation tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of business analyst, Technical Analyst or similar technical strategy role experience required. Two (2) years of Technology or digital agency experience preferred. Experience with healthcare related clients preferred
Licensure: None.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
