Requirements:
- Bilingual: Spanish, English
- At least 5 years of experience in medical field and Tech Support
- Proven experience in Tech Support, customer service, or similar roles, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software and database management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support individuals at various skill levels.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into company systems or databases.
- Verify and validate data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and conduct training programs for new employees on proprietary software. Provide comprehensive and clear instructions to trainees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the software development team to test new features and enhancements.
