We are seeking a dynamic professional to mentor and coach junior team members of a software development team and oversee offshore contractors.

- establish project specifications and technical direction,
- create a framework of technical standards and procedures,
- oversee software quality and system modifications, guide team members with troubleshooting technical issues, and analyze existing operations to identify risks and redundancies.
If you have professional experience developing with Microsoft.NET technologies, SQL Server Database experience, and CI/CD pipeline experience this might be the role for you! You’ll have the opportunity to exercise your knowledge with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum and put your problem-solving and analytical skills to work at Homesteaders Life Company.
