This req is for Test Engineer supporting our TeamConnect team. A person in this role will be working directly with the team to understand new requirements, validate vendor deliverables, create/update new and existing test cases in order to have thorough test coverage for new and updated functionality, conduct release testing to ensure confidence in the software prior to release, and provide production support for deployments and user support.
An incoming candidate needs to have strong communication and assurance skills. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience with TeamConnect. The ideal candidate will be able to comprehend directions and assignments from the team, be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks, help the team validate vendor deliverables and help drive quality assurance best practices within the team.

- Strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Matter Management and Legal Operations
- Expertise testing and supporting TeamConnect installations

- Demonstrated quality assurance experience and expertise
