```Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have previous experience in the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash register transactions and perform cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
