Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or electronics sales is a plus
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and manage inventory
