Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
