Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process transactions using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wireless sales, electronics sales, jewelry sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
