We're are Tim Hortons a Multi-Unit Franchisee FOOD_BEVERAGE_SERVICES located in Troy, Fraser and Clinton Township, Michigan and we are hiring immediately for great staff (crew, shift leaders and supervisors) to join our team. The successful candidate will be a friendly, outgoing person who is comfortable interacting with customers on a regular basis.

There are multiple positions and shift opportunities available;

• Opener Shift; Counter crew and bakery as early as 4 am
• AM Shift; Counter crew, Supervisor, Shift Leader (PIC), start time 6 am
• PM Shift; Counter crew, Supervisor, Shift Leader (PIC), start time 1-2 pm. We close at 9 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfill order and provide exceptional customer service
• Greet customers with a smile
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
• Understand the menu offering and make guest recommendations
• Regularly check and stock product

Requirements and Qualifications;

• Must be 18 or older to apply for full-time
• Must be able to reliably show up for shift on time
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively
• Previous restaurant, food service or customer service experience preferred but not required, we train.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
