Ultimate Shine Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 17 sites in TN, VA & WV and plan to double in size by the end of 2022. With this type of growth comes limitless job opportunities! On average, crew members earn $12-$17+/hr with base rate and commission!

As A Team Member You Will:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a WOW experience for the consumer
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages Ultimate Shine offers
• Explain and offer Unlimited Plan and the Rewards Club programs to customers
• Properly utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment
• Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment
• Follow all Ultimate Shine Wash rules, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

· A team Player with a strong work ethic that’s contagious

• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-moving environment
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be able lift 50 lbs.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Parkersburg, WV 26101: Relocate before starting work (Required)
