About:

We are looking for candidates with an interest in growing with our company and a willingness to cross-train on a variety of stations. Our goal is for you to become proficient in all aspects of the operation especially those that have an interest in working towards our organic management track.

Trainees would learn a variety of skills at different stations including pizza, salad, sandwich, general customer service, and food preparation. Again, depending on your interest for growth you may also opt to work toward training into management as well.

Initial starting rates depend heavily on type of position and experience, but you can expect to earn roughly $3-5 per hour in tips plus an hourly rate of $15 per hour as a starting hourly wage which averages out to $18-20/hr per pay period for our entry-level staff! Plus, the more skills you learn over time, the more you will earn! (*Tips are never a guarantee, but this average has sustained over the long-term!)
