We are hiring! Boomba Tea (on E Bidwell St in Folsom, CA ) is looking for few awesome team players to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-starter, friendly, ambitious, motivated, reliable, responsible and dependable! Looking for several candidates able to work shifts for Monday- Friday, Opening and evening shift with weekends availability as well.
Our business hours are daily from 11am-9pm.

Duties includes making drinks, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, maintaining equipment and stocks level. Needs to have individualized attention to details and self motivated to get things done without being told. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our drinks and Foods.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
Verbally receives and call back customer orders in a friendly manner.
Accurately rings sales orders into register and communicate with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Answers telephone in a courteous and friendly manner including, but not limited to, giving store greeting, directions to store location, and receiving and filling customer orders.
Sells and serves drinks, hot foods,and miscellaneous food items to customers.
Up sell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Maintain an understanding of all drink and food offerings, memorize basic tea recipes
Perform opening and closing procedures for the day and following day
Proper handling of cash register and P.O.S. system
Mixing/making drinks following company recipes and guidelines
Janitorial duties: frequent and daily cleaning of work stations, dining and kitchen area, and bathrooms. Wash and dry dishes, pots and pans, and throw away trash in trash receptacles. Weekly deep cleaning of various equipment.
Kitchen duties: help prep and cook foods, sauces and toppings
Reports all customer complaints to manager.
Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations.
Brewing Tea, Preparing making fresh topping for drinks
Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor and/or manager
Environment:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
Restocks shelves and supplies when necessary.
Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, windows and tables, and takes out trash, etc.
Assists in the distribution of weekly shipments.
Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
Reports all employee accidents to the manager on duty.
Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies.
Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands:
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail when taking orders and making drinks
Strong team player and interpersonal skills
Friendly and able to maintain a positive work environment.
Ability to resolve customer service issues in a professional manner
Integrity and reliability is a must
Barista or Food Prep experience is a huge plus
Runs errands, when needed, to pick up supplies and/or product.
May work special events, as needed.
Maintains positive Company morale and professional attitude.
Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.
Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
Strong customer service experience
Legally authorized to work in USA
Food handlers certificate will be required.
Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Team Member :

- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen safety protocols
