- Welcome all visitors to the spaceHost and monitor teams through their experienceEnsure areas are clean and presentableKeep up to date with bookings and queriesMaintain the equipment and technologyAnswer visitor enquiries and promote the experience to passers-byCommunicate and cooperate with other venue staff and the wider teamFollow Health & Safety proceduresOptimistic, enthusiastic, and “can do” attitudeStrong sense of ownership, but understands when to escalate issuesPrecise, organized, and attentive to detailThrives in a fast and changing environmentCalm under pressure.
