Ultimate Shine Car Wash, currently operating 20 locations within Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, is continuing to grow as the leader in express car wash operators. Our newest location will be opening August 2023 in Fairborn, OH!

Ultimate Shine Car Wash is actively seeking an energetic self-starter to join our team as Crew Member for our newest location coming soon to Fairborn! If you are someone who prides yourself on a job well done and a part of a growing organization, this is the job for you!

Earn up to $17.00/hr! Ultimate Shine Crew Members, on average, earn $12.00-17.00+/hr. with base rate and commissions! Full-Time Team members are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, begin accruing PTO immediately, retirement plan with company match, and keep your car clean for FREE!

Essential Functions:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a WOW experience for the consumer
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages Ultimate Shine offers
• Explain and offer Unlimited Plan and the Rewards Club programs to customers
• Properly utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment
• Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment
• Follow all Ultimate Shine Wash rules, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• A team Player with a strong work ethic that’s contagious
• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-moving environment
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be able lift 50 lbs.
