The Team Leader operates backhoes and other special construction equipment in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the City’s water/sewer/stormwater systems and performs other utility maintenance work as required. This position works under limited supervision. Work includes operating heavy construction equipment and performing general maintenance work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of City water/sewer/stormwater systems components.
