• 80 Hours of PTO front-loaded on day 1

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TEAM LEAD DETAILER
As a Team Lead Detailer, you are responsible for a team of detailers to ensure the meticulous cleaning of luxurious travel trailers and motorized coaches. Your patience as well as your communication skills will provide the training, guidance, and overall performance management of the team. You will ensure proper processes and policies are followed so that we provide the best possible service to our Guests! You will also oversee the Forklift Driver(s) as they safely move units (trailers and coaches) in and out of various locations on the premises. You will collaborate closely with the sales and service team to ensure a smooth flow of trailers throughout the dealership. Always looking to improve and grow, you will participate in leadership training and utilize your learnings to elevate your team, increase productivity, and exceed goals. You find your job engaging and get great satisfaction out of helping our Guests fulfill their dreams of creating memories in an Airstream!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
• Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time

• Teaching – skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job.
• Presentation skills - ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Basic computer skills
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older
• Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
• A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
• Clear pre-employment drug screen

The expected pay range for this position is $25.00-30.00 hourly.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
