SUMMARY OF POSITION
A Tidal Wave Team Leader assist with the responsibilities of the site's facility and its operations. Tidal Wave is a fast and fun, team-oriented environment, and our Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team! Learn what it takes to run a car wash and have a great time doing it!
This position is a great way to get your foot in the door in one of the fastest growing industries in the country! Tidal Wave has immense professional development opportunities, and a great career path to management positions.
What We Will Provide:
- Flexible scheduling that can work around any life dynamic. Part-time and Full-Time positions are available.
- Compensation: $16/hr with a great opportunity to earn weekly commission.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
What You Will Need:
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
- At least 16 years of age.
