3rd shift $25.17/hr

3rd Shift – Sun - Thur 10:30p - 6:30a

We are a leading company in the plastics industry, producing high-quality products for various markets. We are looking for Press Team Leads to join our team! As a Press Team Lead, you will be the first level supervisor for three Press Operators, and you will be responsible for:

Leading the pre-shift meetings and communicating the daily goals and expectations
*
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of three presses, including changeovers, quality checks, and troubleshooting
*
Training, coaching, and mentoring the Press Operators on the best practices and safety procedures
*
Working with the shift supervisor and the quality team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction
*
Reporting and documenting the production data and any issues or incidents
To be successful in this role, you should have:
*
At least two years of experience as a Press Operator in plastics, injection molding, or stamping machines
*
Forging or stamping experience is a huge plus
*
Proven leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities
*
Basic computer skills and data entry abilities
