Join our team as a Team Hygienist! Be part of a dynamic dental practice committed to excellence in oral hygiene and providing maximum access to patient care with the providers at The Dentists’ Office, who have been proudly serving their patients and providing the highest quality dental care in Fallon, Fernley, and the surrounding communities for over 20 years. Given our practice setting you will see and participate in a variety of cases and patients, making our practice a rare opportunity. We promote an atmosphere of learning and collaboration.
What Will You Do as a Team Hygienist? You will play a critical role in our practice by:
Participating in maximizing patient access to crucial care by running a staggered patient schedule with the help of a dedicated assistant(s)
Positive contribution to the team by contributing to growth and success of the team
Improve patient care by improving access by access to timely treatments
Self-Fulfillment by collaborating with our dental team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
You can earn over $60.00 per hour with competitive base pay, plus bonus incentives.PLUS Robust benefits offerings:

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, distributed as follows:
50% upon signing
25% upon completion of the 2-year anniversary
25% upon completion of the 3-year anniversary

What we need you to provide:
Current Nevada Hygienist licensure required
BLS Certified (we pay annual recertification fees)
Laser Certified preferred but not required (we will pay for certification on hire, if not held currently)
We seek someone that has good knowledge of dental equipment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be a team player, is self-motivated, and aligns with our mission, vision, and core values.
This position is considered a safety-sensitive position and, therefore, will require successful passing of a background check, license verification, and a drug screen. Bluetree and its affiliated practices are committed to the health and safety of its employees and patients and follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association guidelines.
The Dentists’ Office - Fernley & Fallon locations is a Bluetree Dental organization affiliate.
