Teaching Assistant Professor
Research, Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics
Start Date: Fall 2024
POSITION:The College of Education and Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University is seeking a non-tenure track Teaching Assistant Professor in Research, Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics (REMS) starting August 2024.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The successful candidate will teach graduate courses in educational and psychological statistics, measurement, and other areas appropriate to the candidate’s expertise and the program’s needs. Additional responsibilities may include engagement in scholarly activity, and serving as a resource to the school, college and university. The teaching load will be eight courses over the course of the nine-month academic year (4/4 teaching load).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications include an earned doctorate in a quantitative methods discipline with a strong emphasis on methodological research (e.g., simulation work), a record of scholarly productivity commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience, and potential for excellence in teaching.
