Interested in being part of a cross-cultural bridge-building child care program? South-East Asia Center’s (SEAC’s) Bridge International School is seeking full-time early-learning specialized teachers for infants/Toddlers. Job duties involve teaching and management of a classroom with lesson/activity planning and implementation of individual, small-group or whole-class educational activities. Job requires lesson/ activity planning, occasional home visits, trainings and staff meetings included in your work time. Teacher is responsible for maintaining classroom in an orderly fashion and in compliance of standards. May be responsible for breakfast preparation as needed. Must be willing to read, digest, implement and adhere to DFSS, ISBE, DCFS, ExceleRate Illinois, and SEAC standards. A high level of professional responsibility and quality of work is expected.

Qualifications: BA or MA , 21 semester hours ECE or Child Development with focus on 0-3. Three semester hours approved administration course(s)/Gateways Director level 1. Your compensation and official position and responsibility level will depend on your DCFS and Gateways credential levels as well as the relevance of your college courses.
Compensation package. Salary base $24.50/hr. plus $2,400 bonus paid over 26 pay periods for basic on time practices, 5 hours /wk. OT @1 1/2 if desired, double pay for each PTO day not taken.
