Teacher Assistant

Kids Kountry is looking for a fun and energetic individual to join our team. Our mission is to provide the highest quality care and education for children that is child centered, holistic and values all children as individuals. Through developmentally appropriate activities we encourage a play based learning environment to explore many areas for growth and learning. The right person for this position is someone who is confident in communicating with coworkers and families to establish a strong home to school collaboration.

Classroom competencies:

*Active supervision

* planning and implementing lesson plans

* strong observation skills

*ability to conduct screenings and assessments

Minimum requirements:

*CPR certification (preferred)

*High school diploma or equivalent

*working towards a CDA or one year of experience working in an early childhood setting. (Recommended)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
