- Lead exciting activities that spark creativity, such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and pretend play.
- Foster a love for learning through educational games, puzzles, and interactive lessons.
- Encourage teamwork and social skills through group activities and playdates.
- Be a superhero in disguise, ensuring the safety and well-being of our little superheroes at all times.
- Embrace the messiness of childhood and be prepared for spontaneous dance parties, finger-painting extravaganzas, and impromptu dress-up contests.
- Collaborate with parents to provide updates on their child's progress, milestones, and hilarious anecdotes.
Requirements:
- CPR Certification is recommended.
- 45-Hour Course Certificate: You should hold a certificate for completing a 45-hour course in early childhood education or a related field.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- A passion for working with children and a knack for bringing out their inner superheroes.
- A creative mind bursting with ideas for fun and educational activities.
- A sense of humor that can rival a clown's, because laughter is the best medicine.
- Patience of a saint, as you may encounter the occasional tantrum or sticky situation.
- Superb communication skills to engage with both children and parents.
- A desire for a future in education and trainings is a plus, but a big heart and a playful spirit are the most important qualifications.
