Requirements:
- High school graduate (or possess GED);
- (A) One (1) year of full-time or its part-time paid or volunteer equivalent experience working in a clerical capacity; OR,
- (B) One (1) year of full-time or its part-time paid or volunteer equivalent experience working with children; OR,
- (C) Possession of a certificate of completion of a course of Child Care through an occupational school, The American Red Cross or similar agency; OR,
- (D) A combination of experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B), and (C) above.
Desired Requirements:
- Typing/word processing skills 35 words per minute;
- Strong computer knowledge;
- Experience with infinite campus or equivalent;
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents, use of Google Cloud;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong clerical and organizational skills;
- Must be flexible, responsible, and dependable.

- Assists student attendance office;
- Attends to the building copy room;
- Maintains building copiers and calls for service as necessary;
- Processes copying jobs for staff;
- Purging student files;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
