Tea Tender

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting the right tea based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea station and work area
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of tea varieties and their brewing techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Basic culinary skills for meal preparation, if required
- Valid driver's license for potential delivery driver duties, if applicable
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed
