Their niche is high-level complex tax returns. Including High Net Worth. Whether you’re looking to be more industry- specific or specialize in one of their niches, your client base will provide you with variety, challenges, and the opportunity to wear lots of hats.

In terms of working arrangements, they provide flexibility that suits your needs. Whether you prefer to work onsite every day or come in three times a month, they'll accommodate your needs. However, they're still huge champions of maintaining their culture, so living locally enough to Deerfield to commute into the office when needed for training, socials, and supporting a team is a must if you're a manager.
