Form of workSenior Associate, International Tax Services – Qualitative Solutions (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Help multi-national businesses achieve their business goals in a tax-efficient manner and address their cross-border tax needs by analyzing their financial information and preparing reports. Work with teams to assist clients in formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both US and overseas investments, while managing the global structural tax rate, by computing taxes owed and assisting in preparing tax returns. Assist clients on the multi-faceted aspects of cross-border and in-country International Tax restructuring.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $173,555/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience with each of the following:
- Assisting companies to understand and assess the International Tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
- Prepare and/or review various tax forms and workpapers relating to these tax forms;
- Providing research, compliance and consulting within an International Taxation environment; and
- Providing in-depth quantitative analyses in any one or more of the following: earning and profit studies, subpart F, GILTI, FDII or other foreign tax credit computations.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% of the time is required.
