Tax Professionals; Hourly with opportunity of 10K Performance Bonus

HARN Financial Group is seeking experienced Tax Professionals to join our established Accounting & Tax Firm. Established in 2011 with 2 locations serving the Houston Metropolitan and surrounding areas with over 4000 active clients; we are interested in both part-time & full-time team members to join our family.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of tax industry experience preferred but not mandatory

• Strong interpersonal traits with effective communication skills

• PTIN holder; or minimum associate college education with focus on accounting/finance

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; Word, Power Point, Excel, & Outlook

• Customer service-oriented individuals with desire to learn, adapt, & grow

• Knowledge of individual 1040 tax filing with utilization of applicable schedules & forms

Responsibilities:

• Interview and guidance of tax filing process to deliver effective results for clients while adhering

  to IRS Rules & Guidelines

• Maintain filing and safe keeping of all client records required per IRS requirements

• Support tax firm in process of preparing business returns via 1065 Partnerships, 1120 S-Corp, & C-Corp Filing

• Phone etiquette and in person interaction

• Company initiatives around client care, offerings of refund advances, & client retention efforts

• Maintain a professional personal appearance along with organized & welcoming work space
