Tax Preparer

```Duties```

- Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation, to determine tax liabilities
- Identify potential deductions and credits to minimize tax liability
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any tax-related questions
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to input and analyze financial data
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients
- Sales skills to identify opportunities for additional services or referrals
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate tax preparation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $4,295.00 - $5,574.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
