This role is ideal for someone with a Big 4 background, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed Tax Audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide tailored tax solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize tax processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and accounting standards to provide accurate advice and expertise.
- Masters in Science of Management with a concentration in Accounting Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Tax Auditing, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to meticulously analyze data and pay attention to detail.
- Proven track record of identifying and solving complex financial challenges.
- Strong ability to think critically and approach problems with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for forging strong client relationships.
- A passion for continuous learning and leadership in the field of tax accounting.
