Job Description:
Assist with performing a gap analysis between the existing inventory of tax evasion-related controls and regulatory requirements/expectations
Assist with designing and implementing controls related to the detection and mitigation of tax evasion risk
Design and execute a tax evasion risk assessment
Skills:
Experience designing and implementing controls related to the detection and mitigation of tax evasion risk
Experience designing and executing tax evasion risk assessments
Familiarity with tax evasion-related regulations, including anti-money laundering laws that include tax evasion as a predicate act
Must-Have:
Familiarity with the UK Corporate Criminal Offense related to the facilitation of tax evasion
