The Horton Grand Hotel San Diego is seeking a highly skilled and organized Task Force Food & Beverage Manager to drive exceptional customer service while optimizing financial results.
The Task Force Food & Beverage Manager oversees both the restaurant and bar operation as well as the Banquet events. This position will provide oversight on hiring, training and development of all F&B employees. The right candidate will have experience achieving the determined goals throughout the confirmed contract time with proper forecasting, cost controls, labor management, and inventory.
The Task Force Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with General Manager and Senior Sales Manager to provide the best food & beverage experience the Horton Grand can offer.
This is a temporary full-time position with an estimated assignment of 3 months.
