Responsibilities:
- Repair Planning: Plan repairs to avoid waste and the need to rework later in the process.
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and diagnosing issues related to automotive collision repairs
- Performing structural and non-structural repairs on damaged vehicles, including bodywork, paint, and frame repairs
- Removing and installing damaged parts and components, such as bumpers, doors, and fenders
- Straightening and aligning damaged frames and unibodies using frame machines
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Mixing and matching paint to manufacturer specifications, and applying paint in a professional manner
Vehicle Repair:
- Meet or exceed our requirements for productivity as measured by hours per day for each repair order.
- Utilize technical information sheet attached to the work order for all structural repairs, replacement, airbag and mechanical work.
- Safe & Organized Workplace: Utilize all required safety equipment.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings.
- Keep personal work area organized.
- Return tools and equipment promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience required - 3 years preferred
- Adhere to company's technical repair processes and manufacturer's guidelines
- Ability to skillfully use frame and measuring equipment
- Valid state driver's license
- Participation in I-CAR Training
- Reliable attendance required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
