As a Talent Sourcer at MPS, your primary responsibility will be to source the best passive talent within the power semiconductor industry. The majority of roles you will work on are technical in nature, however, there will be non-technical roles that will be required to source as well. The candidate will need to be able to work well in a team setting while having a level of independence and autonomy to be successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will build a strong technical talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for the positions you manage.

This position will be a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time and is a fully on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Source technical and non-technical talent through various recruiting channels (job postings, LinkedIn recruiter, etc.)
• Work with Recruiter to determine job requirements
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Work with Talent Acquisition team to prioritize openings and sourcing
• Assist with general recruiting tasks which can include administrative tasks as assigned
• Assist with Campus/University recruiting initiatives

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ plus years’ experience in Recruiting/Sourcing
• Proven track record as a Recruiter/Sourcer, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms

Required Skills:

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Familiar with ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, and ability to manage multiple openings
• Ability to effectively multi-task with strong attention to detail

Location:

San Jose, CA

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hourly pay range for this position in California is $40.00 - $70.00.
