Key Responsibilities
- Call and screens candidates.
- Identify qualified candidates for future work.
- Set candidates up for required pre-employment testing.
- Update candidates where they are in the hiring process.
- Coordinate site-specific training.
- Update requisitions.
- Interact with union representatives and receive dispatches to staff requisitions.
- Receive feedback on individual employee performance once job is completed. Ensure feedback paperwork is completed.
- Communicates with timekeepers and site managers the availability of employees for upcoming work.
- Update employee database and assigns future work based on availability.
- Provides regular updates to HR Manager on hiring issues.
- Starts the on-boarding process for candidates, reviews pre-hire paperwork, and completes the I-9.
- Outreach to develop relationships with schools and the community.
- Travel as needed for job fairs, schools, and other hiring events.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- 2 years of college, or four years of HR, Customer-Service, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior energy or refinery experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual candidate who speaks Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Current knowledge of federal and local employment-related legislation required.
- Strong computer skills - proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Knowledge of WFDB, ASAP and iCIMS and plus.
Pay range: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
