Job Summary:
VSolvit LLC is looking for a talent sourcer / junior recruiter to support our Human Capital team. Sourcers will understand the qualifications of various roles in order to seek and track down qualified candidates. Sourcers will also conduct initial screenings and may be responsible for scheduling interviews. They compose and send recruitment correspondence including emails and interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing talent for our clients; reviewing resumes for viable candidates
- Performing initial screening for the role
- Leveraging various recruitment platforms (i.e. Clearance Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
- Scheduling interview with potential candidates
- Demonstrating collaboration, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Multitasking and prioritizing as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Some college experience or equivalent work experience
- US Citizen
- Proven excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to successfully utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
- Understanding of IT Software and Hardware terminology
- Understanding of DoD related fields
