A Talent Scout at Life Time is responsible for scouting the highest level of qualified leads for our hiring managers in all fitness positions such as Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Pilates and Yoga Instructors. The Talent Scout will find talent through building relationships and finding creative and innovation sourcing techniques while acting as a champion of both the business and potential candidates. In this position, they will have a monthly goal of talent to acquire will manage the scouting process for multiple key areas with organization while maintaining excellent relations with our hiring managers and candidates. This position acts as the liaison between Life Time and potential candidates to ensure a best in class candidate experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sources talent for various areas of Life Time including multiple roles or positions in the fitness space and multiple markets
- Utilizes creative scouting and sourcing methods to discover talent
- Keeps up to date and knowledgeable regarding company benefits and operations
- Ensures exceptional experience for both talent and internal business leaders
Position Requirements
- Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 or more years of experience scouting, sourcing or recruiting
- Ability to foster quick relationships and work independently
- Ability to drive results to achieve a monthly goal
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
