About the Role

The Talent Recruiter is responsible for identifying and onboarding qualified linguists to join GLOBO’s Interpreting Team and the day-to-day operations of our on-demand services. This job involves constant linguist communication to ensure they are meeting our client's requirements.

*Please note - GLOBO is currently looking for candidates who can work standard/evening PST operating hours.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and select candidates for the Independent Contractor roles through active and passive sourcing
• Conduct interviews with Independent Contractors
• Negotiate competitive rates with Independent Contractors
• Maintain positive relationships with Interpreters once on-boarded with GLOBO
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Scheduling/On-site Teams on new/existing hires and set them up in GLOBO’s platform
• Provide support for active interpreters in the form of address changes, credentials updates, etc.
• Communicate with Quality Assurance Team daily on new hires' engagement
• Pull reports/data/metrics for the weekly meetings
• Working closely with sales, scheduling/on-site team, and operations to scale the talent pool in sync with business needs
• Maintain an active presence on social media platforms
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks related to processing new candidates
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
• Bilingual
• Recruitment background (full-cycle recruitment 2+ Years) - Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting for contractor interpreters with experience in rate negotiations.
• Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Passive/active sourcing techniques knowledge / Boolean searches skills
• Previous experience working with quota-based recruiting systems
• Language industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Experience with social media recruiting techniques
• Experience with traditional and non-traditional job board recruiting techniques
• Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
